The President will be responsible for building the company and business team to meet the business plan objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting current funding efforts, developing the organization for growth, and providing the entrepreneurial leadership needed to meet the company funding and business growth objectives.

Founding Member - President (Product Marketing, Strategic Design and Company Production process)
The Company provides resources in meeting the strategic and tactical business goals through the application of integrating Development and Marketing processes to develop new and existing product lines in high growth companies. The Company’s innovative system provides an integrated Development and Marketing Process to equip a company in addressing dynamic growth. The President will support the development of company revenues and growth through implementation of the company business plan.

Vice President Sales & Marketing (Legal web application company)
This Bay Area company has identified the need of practicing attorneys to keep up to date with the daily slip opinion releases by creating a leader on-line multimedia solution to support lawyers and law firms in staying current with the latest SLIP options as well as earning MCLE units. The selected candidate will be a member of the executive management team and a key contributor to the company. The position will be involved in all business issues and marketing strategies relating to the operations of the company as well as long term planning

Vice President, Business Development (business networking software)
The Company’s Web 2.0 SaaS solution enables one-to-one personalized communications creating meaningful customer dialogue. The position is responsible for the planning and execution of company US sales activities and with the VP of Marketing support the business development activities for the companies Web 2.0 sales plan. The successful candidate will support the development of company revenues through enterprise, multi-level sales program.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) (real-time data transfer software)
The Company is developing a server based application solution that enables real time transfer of text and information between documents. The position requires an energetic, hands-on, creative marketing professional to drive usage and awareness of the company products through direct and channel programs. The right candidate is someone who is outgoing and professional with strong ‘Interpersonal skills. The person will have the hunger and passion needed to do what it takes to get a startup launched and the structure and leadership skills to lead the marketing team as the company becomes a substantial enterprise.

Director, Software Engineering (Clinical process management)
The company is developing a web-based Clinical Process Management system and desires to hire a Vice President of Engineering. The company provides end-to-end solutions extending from point-of-care through chart creation and update to automatic natural-language reports for compliance, referrals, and billing. The Clinical Process Management solution is targeted for mid-size hospitals, doctor's operations, and healthcare facilities. The Company is expanding it's development effort, with initial clients identified and selected.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) (web-based business contact software)
The Company is an early stage web based solution provider. Their solution provides a business contact and relationship management solution to manage, build, and stay in touch with your contacts and relationships. The system provides a web-based contact management system to organize information, against a comprehensive rules management and communication process. As part of the executive management team the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for the creation and implementation of the company’s global online and offline marketing and sales strategy including product planning and revenue model development. The right candidate is a senior web-based marketing professional with strong interpersonal skills and previous experience in Internet B2C business. Critical to the position is a successful track record with early stage companies.
