Analysis & Search:
- Situation Analysis:
- Working with senior members of management teams and other key executives, we have developed a collaborative process for finding the right person.
- Position Specification:
- We will support the development of
a comprehensive description of the position’s responsibilities
and relationships including an understanding of the individual
goals for the candidate.
- Market and Candidate Research:
- We will conduct a comprehensive search
to identify the target companies and individuals that
meet your requirements. In our searches, we utilize the results of
our research including competitive information, industry
trends, and compensation ranges.

Review & Selection:
- Candidate Interviews:
- We will conduct the initial interviews
to qualify candidates against your requirements. We will
be looking for compatibility as well as skills necessary
to meet your requirements.
- Presentation of Candidates:
- We will provide a report and analysis
on the most qualified candidates. A minimum of two or
three candidates will be presented.
- Candidate Reference Review:
- Initial reference checks will be made
on presented candidates. For the final candidates, we
will provide a comprehensive reference check covering professional,
personal, co-worker, and manager references.

- Offer Presentation:
- Our objective is to ensure the selected
candidate accepts the offer in a timely manner.

- We will work with you and the candidate
to address any response from the current employer and ensure

Search Guarantee:
If the placed candidate leaves or is terminated within ninety (90) days of their hire date for any reason other than corporate layoffs, reduction in work force, and/or downsizing, Meridian
will find a suitable replacement within a reasonable period of time
at no cost to the client. |
